As others have stated be careful saying anything negative they’ll attempt to issue you a cease and desist, be wary renting here the front office management is full of crooks, the buildings are over ran by various pests from roaches to ants, they will try to charge you for things they neglected on move out as well so make sure you document everything. If you notice the reviews have transitioned to 1-2 stars in the past year and it’s because they have hired on a new staff that is abysmal at best. Hacienda club I strongly suggest you look into new management before the state of your property goes down even further. 8 out of 10 of the latest reviews are 1-2 stars.

Renters BEWARE!! Although this complex is nice, it is ran by crooks. Be careful when moving out. Keep all records of interactions with management, and anyone in the office. Keep all documents given to by the office and management, and be ready to get a lawyer once you decide to move out. They will try and steal from you. They will tell you one thing and bill you for another. They will make up and bill you for nonexistent issue’s. If you can afford a lawyer, then it is taken care of easily, because what they are doing is illegal. I work in real estate and have seen them do this to countless renters. So know your rights and be prepared for Hacienda Club’s fraudulent charge’s. Edit: I reached at to the Email they sent in their reply to my review, and was told to a cease and desist. So beware of the shady practices of this establishment.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. If you are looking to rent here and expecting honesty, professionalism, and transparent communication from management (just to name a few) you will be extremely disappointed. I would highly recommend avoiding renting at this community. Save yourself the headache that Hacienda club put me & my family through.

My son and I moved into Hacienda Club Apartments in January, and we couldn’t be happier! Staff is friendly and helpful. Amenities are top-notch! Property is maintained better than any other place I’ve lived. They regularly pressure wash, provide routine pest control, and the landscaping is immaculate. We love living here!

Trust us, your pets are going to thank you for choosing Hacienda Club. There is a 3 pet maximum per apartment. Our pet fees are non-refundable fees: $300 for small pets that are 25lbs and under and $500 for larger pets. We accept any size pet, there are no weight limitations. However, breed restrictions do apply. Our community participates in the Poo Prints Program. There is an $85 DNA charge per dog. The monthly pet rent is $25.00 per apartment.
