Horrible! Arrived at 12:10 for appointment but was not taken back until 12:45 pm

Came to check in with appointment - 10 min EARLY - was told my wait time was 65 minutes. Tried running home to change for work as I didn’t have the time to wait that out. Was called while I was out, and my appointment was then cancelled and I had to wait as a walk-in. Completely incompetent staff who take no responsibility for their own mistakes.

Unbelievable, no assistance whatsoever. Doubt they even know what special needs or handicapped access means. An elderly lady who had an appointment and was told to provide a urine sample was told she would have to get on a 2 hour waiting list just to hand over her sample which she had in her hand. Only 6 chairs while the most are forced to remain standing, elderly, handicapped and disabled MUST STAY AWAY please. I do not wish this place to my worst enemy. I will be contacting the proper authorities about likely violations of access to the handicapped. They should shut this place down. No one deserves this type of treatment.

I had an urgent appointment for a covid19 test that was required within a 72-hour window for a flight to Europe. When I got there, they made me wait to then tell me they ran out of swabs. They said to go to their Hiawassee office and wait in line with no appointment. They could not tell me if Hiawassee even had any more walk-ins left nor if Hiawassee had swabs in stock. They also never called me prior to my appointment to tell me they could not perform what they agreed to perform. They refused to make another same day appointment for me elsewhere. This is a third-world-level operation! Miserable people!
