The ER is okay if you come by ambulance. Other than that this hospital has turned into a joke. Scheduling is an unorganized nightmare, the staff is very dismissive, and the primary care doctor that they assigned me seemed like she could care less about me as a patient. Hardly listened to anything I had to say, and forgot to write me a prescription. Seemed hesitant to treat me according to my symptoms and conditions. All she seemed to care about was pushing her irrelevant personal politcally motivated opinions instead and referred me to others when I wouldn't allow her to stab me with the Fauci ouchie. She arrogantly and aggressively proclaimed that she is the only source of information and advice for me as she interrupted me when I disagreed that her suggested treatment wasn't right for me. What ever happened to respecting patients rights? What happened to giving stabilizing care for the symptoms and conditions actually being presented? A nurse actually commented that three other patients "no call no showed" the doctor before I arrived. I did too the following appointment. I tried to reschedule but they make it difficult. Now I have received an arrogant "warning" from the doctor for not showing up. Ha ha. What a darn joke. If people aren't showing up, maybe look internally within your hospital to figure out why. Never have I felt so unwelcome, and uncomfortable at a dr.s office. I miss the old Bromenn. Unless you have to go for emergency purposes...I do not recommend this hospital.

I would have given it 5, but the valet parking at the main entrance was rude and unprofessional. We came from Decatur and didn't know what protocol was. We found the main entrance and I dropped off my husband, who was having tests. I backed up to go to valet & stopped to take a key off the ring that won't start the car. The valet said I had to roll down all my windows. When I told him the driver's side didn't go down, he said I had to move and pointed to the corner of the building. I had to figure out where parking was since where he pointed was a dead end. My car is 20 years old. It gets me where I need to go. I have used valet several times since COVID at other hospitals and never had this problem. My husband's health issues are serious and this add stress is unacceptable.

From the ER (Davina and everyone else) to the CVCU (Regina and everyone else), my husband received the most qualified, professional, conscientious, respectful and warm, friendly service. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond for us. They made my husband's serious, unexpected health issues much easier to bear, and we are grateful. :)

If I could give them zero stars I would. I’ve gone to visit terminally ill grandma in this hospital twice and was treated horribly. My mom and three of my siblings went with me, of course we understand the Covid rules so we planned on seeing her one at a time anyways not a problem. The problem is that they kicked us out of the waiting room and completely off her floor. The nurses at the desk on her floor were incredibly rude to us. Considering our circumstances I would expect some sympathy and compassion especially from those who are supposed to comfort my grandma in her last days.

Yes that'd be fine just let your friend know about when it's going to be delivered
Right now it 630 am to 300 pm
No
There is a cafeteria
There is a gift shop. I'm not sure whether you can order anything online. You'd have to call the information desk at the hospital.
221 bed facility
Valet parking is located at the front of the hospital just outside the revolving door and just outside of the Medical Office Center for those with dr appts.
You should at least call a doctor.
Sorry I do not know. It would be best for you to call them direct and ask.
