In our eyes, this restaurant or bistro is a little gem. It is on a small, secluded shopping street parallel to US41. Far enough away that you can sit outside without being too bothered by traffic. There are also a few tables inside. The boss is super friendly and attentive and can of course explain all the dishes very well. The menu is a perfect size in my opinion. Not overloaded, but enough choice. And it all sounds so good that you're pretty sure you'll want to go again. Of course, this desire is reinforced when you are served your food. We've been there twice now and can't stop raving about it. The satay skewers with the peanut sauce and the cucumber salad are really great, I've rarely eaten so well. But the soups (Wantan & Tom Kha Gung) were also convincing across the board. The post stickers were also really good, we opted for the fried version. Next time we would have them steamed. The highlight is certainly Binto Thai's Street Chicken. A juicy grilled and perfectly seasoned chicken on a bed of crunchy vegetables. 2 different sauces. Both sauces are delicious on their own. But these two combined with the chicken and the vegetables are a sensation. The bistro is very neat and clean and the open kitchen is just behind the counter. We look forward to the next visits! Best Thai Food in Southwest Florida!!
