The staff there really cares about their patients. I see Melinda Strickland ARNP. She is the most genuine clinician I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. She takes her time with you and follows up with you. I got a phone call after my appointment to see how I was doing. I see Helen for my mental health meds. She really listens and asks for patient input. When I was dealing with my depression and anxiety she brought me out of one the lowest points in my life. From Susan at check-in to the Medical Assistant Wendy.... you could not put yourself in better hands.

Lied to my face not once but twice, and once to my mother's face. Told us one thing about financial information then said and did another, neglected to inform us of differences to methods and then said they had, they had not. After being discharged for "Hostile and aggressive behavior" which they had been threatening for ages over my head I am sharing my experiences, and for the record, their idea of "Hostility and aggression" is disagreeing and being slightly frustrated so obviously wasn't exactly church quiet but by no means was there yelling, or disrespect, no body motions, nothing. Nothing more than the shock of having your pay shoot up over 10 times more than it had ever been in my entire tenure there because I was misinformed, deliberately, or not. Numerous times did they fail to correctly fill life saving medications I take for my heart health and then accuse me of having done something with it. The front office people often treated me with disrespect and like a criminal/vagrant/drug seeker despite my medications being nothing of the sort you could even WANT for that. This behavior along with general hostility anytime I brought up a mistake on their part or error or lack of understanding my living situation is the cause of all the strife I had with this place. I was honestly investigating new service regardless as their idea of care is more like stress which I do not need as a heart health patient. I advise anyone to do the same if you can and if you cannot I pray that you have much better office care and treatment than I did. Shame, really rather liked my doctor but suspect it wasn't returned sentiments.

Very unprofessional. I called on Monday Nov 2nd for refills on my Bp meds & Neropathy meds. Message left for My Primary Melinda. Was told by the pharmacy they'll get back to me. Today is Thursday. After 4 more calls, throughout the week, I made my way there to inquire as to why I haven't gotten a courtesy call back, only to find out that Helen is the one holding up my prescription refills from Melinda. I did not call for my stress meds refill, therefore this didn't concern her. Mind you .. I speak to Helen every 3 months but haven't seen Melinda in 8-9 months bcuz of Covid. Why was my request denied by Helen who obviously is Not My Primary Care Physician ??? Not Professional at all. We are All Stressed & she just made it worse by interference. Extremely unprofessional js. Rant over. See Me ... Hear Me 😞

The whole staff is great! Dr. Martin is the best dentist I've ever had! She is gentle and caring. She takes her time and is very thorough and knowledgeable. She explains everything very clearly. Angelique is very helpful and Jackie is gentle and experienced.
