They did an EKG on my husband when he went to the ER. They never sent us a bill and never filed with our insurance. They sent us straight to a collection agency. That's why I travel to Orlando to see my cardiologist.

Tried to reschedule my appointment for earlier date due to an abnormal ekg. Nothing available with cardiologist I wanted and they wouldn't call me if they did have a cancellation. I would have to call them daily to see if I could be rescheduled. Veronica had no empathy or wasn't even please to speak with. No customer service skills. No wonder I travel to 3 hours to see a caring doctor.
