Place was clean. Service was excellent! My breakfast of smoked sausage was pretty. Three others in the party had biscuits and gravy that was lumpy, lumpy, lumpy. Any good chef would have dumped it and started over. They were too polite to tell the server and ate it anyway. Not a good reflection on Sebring for my out of town guests. We appreciated the friendly and professional hostess.

What Covid-19 safety practices..? It was like it never even existed. Not one single change while we were there. Very disappointing experience!
Nether staff or customers are required to wear masks, and the restaurant is allowed to be at 100% capacity. This would likely allowed for total social distancing, but the outdoor patio would be much safer, if you are concerned.
