how do I file a complaint. Really... you are going to leave my packages on the ground, down the road, by the highway, UNDER the mailboxes.😠

Drivers refuse to deliver packages to our home and claim there is no secure area to leave the package when we've told them countless times and even left instructions written on the inside of the mailbox lid of where to put our packages. We've gone round and round with these people about our packages and have had them also leave our stuff in the dirt on the side of the road next to the mailbox when it's been flooded out here. It's become clear to me, that our local post office, couldn't pour water out of a boot with the instructions written on the heel.

Not sure who the older lady is working today (07/12/22) but she was insanely rude & unhelpful. Very sad that this is the kind of people who are representing their store. Will not be returning.

I appreciate the great service we receive from the Perry, FL USPS. They really seem to go the extra mile to help us. I don't understand the negative reviews at all.
