Ordered a new Sportsman 232 boat from Jacks. The whole experience was great. Teri and Waymond were the best. They kept us updated and when we had questions they were quick to respond. Text was the best way. They were true to their word and when the build took a little longer than first quoted they kept us updated. PHENOMENAL!! Mr. Waymond went above and beyond on our motor replacement and customer service! We were at Keaton for a week’s vacation when our motor blew up. He not only had a motor available but rearranged his entire schedule to put it on the same day so our vacation wouldn’t be ruined! Started off a little bumpy, I changed things up multiple times on the boat I ordered they got it switched with the manufacturer. Once the boat came in and I got over to jacks and got to meet waymond and Teri they are good people. I switched from aluminum to galvanized trailer and he couldn’t get another galv trailer at that point so I got a aluminum trailer at the galv price, I’m sure they didn’t have to do that they could have made me wait longer or charged more. I’ll be back over there in the future for sure and I’ll try not to give them such a hard time switching things up and call instead of emailing lol. On a side note he sold me the minnkota that shields marina wouldn’t sell me unless I paid them to install it
