I want to share my very disturbing experience with the Jensen Beach post office. We ordered through Amazon a shipment that unfortunately went through the usps & was to deliver on Sunday which of course did not happen, the tracking stated the driveway was blocked. This was a complete lie. When I went to the p.o. The next day they said it would come to them the next day & I could pick it up. We are a new community under construction usps won’t deliver here, UPS, FedEx & every other service will but the inept usps won’t. I had to on multiple occasions pick up our mail for myself & my wife with using my out of state drivers license with no issues. but the next day when i came back for my package & our mail I was told I can not pickup mail that was in my wife’s name. The same obnoxious manager made me go back home to get my wife. This behavior clearly shows bias against us snow birds. They can deliver mail to our mail box (including many others) with out question but go to there location, you get harassed. We all have at one time or another had to deal with this inept organization. I hope I live for the day when we abolish this agency & turn it over to the more efficient private sector.

Had an 11:30 appt for a passport, First Lady was rude, only me and 1 other person in the office and I was 3-4 mins late, first employee said she would try to squeeze me in b/c they were super packed??? But I had an appt was only a few mins late she also looked at the clock several times making it seem like I was an Hour late. I don’t want to see when that office is busy with that employee. The 2nd employee that helped me was extremely helpful and nice believe her name was Connie my appt literally took 10 mins first employee made it seem like it would be an hour appt.

Best post office around here. The clerk Connie is super friendly she takes the time to explain everything. Thank you.

Josh was very helpful. I wasn’t sure of what all to do for what I was sending out, but he was very nice and understanding.

Go to USPS.com.
Post office does not distribute new keys. You will need to buy a new lock (home depot, ace) and meet your carrier at the box. When they open the CBU, you have the ability to change out the locks at that time. If you need mail in the meantime, you can either speak to your carrier or call the post office and have them hold your mail until you can get the lock replaced.
Definitely not a question that will be answered here. Your carrier has a one day a week rotating day off so the route will be covered by someone else at least one day a week. If they take annual time off (PTO) then it could be covered by someone different each day.
