Our first visit was amazing the doctor spent almost 2 hours with my wife and myself was never so tickled palms medical didn't even do that we've got no care from palms simed Chiefland is the best

we LOVE our doctor at this office but we can never get ahold of anyone in the office and when you finally do get someone to answer the phone they transfer you back to the physicians nurse who then doesn't answer the phone and IF you get a phone call back it takes them days to do it. My husband is sick and needs to be seen soon and it took me 19 times of calling the office before anyone actually answered and then I was told that he couldn't be seen because they only have one physician, to go to the Urgent care. This is not the first time we have had issues when trying to talk to someone at this office. The last time it happened we went up to the office to try and make an appointment and was told "we don't take walk-ins". I told them the issues we were having and that we had been trying to call but no one would answer for us to make an appointment. My husband was seen that day ONLY because the physician over heard the conversation and brought him back to be seen
