I had a beaded necklace restrung here and it broke within a couple of years. I went back to have it restrung again. The woman at the counter was very defensive when I told her what had happened. She even denied that they had done the work in the first place! She said they never even carried the cord that was used! She asked me for my receipt, which I didn't save from years prior. I thought maybe they kept records, but they didn't. She implied that I was lying about having it restrung by them! It was definitely restrung by them! There were other people in the store listening. It was very upsetting. I wasn't even asking her to restring it for free! It was such an unexpected response. I left and drove all the way to Lakewood Ranch to have it restrung, instead. They were much kinder. They said the cord that had been used wasn't strong enough for the beads and should never have been used in the first place.
