My wife recently purchased a new Greenway Nissan Armada from Greenway Nissan of Venice. Our experience was superb and refreshing. My wife and I live in Miami-Dade. I initially searched the internet for the best price in the market. I reached out to several dealers. Not only did Greenway have the best price, they also responded to me quickly and accurately. They fully explained the price and what we could expect. I had concerns about doing the transaction remotely. On the contrary, this was the fastest and most professional car purchase we have ever done. No headaches, honest and straight to the point. Greenway even drove the Armada down to our house in Pinecrest and picked up my wife's trade in, which was a lease which they gave us market value for. I would highly recommend this dealership, and I look forward to purchasing our next vehicle from them.

Simply awful! Moved to FL so obviously didn't buy SUV here but had a problem with AC on the 4 month old SUV. Called Greenway and they immediately were dismissive and literally annoyed I called. Explained the problem and they hemmed and hawed about being busy, no help, etc.(your not special EVERY business has help issues). I just wanted to at least swing by so they could take 2 minutes to glance at as I was sure it was going to need a part ordered and at least get it on the way. I even offered to pre-pay for the part. They told me 10 days to even make an initial appointment to even glance at it!! And then if it needed the part (which it did) another 2-3 weeks to get it scheduled back in. So these clowns basically said to drive around without AC mid FL summer for over a month on a 120 day old $45k SUV. Disgusted hung up and called next closest dealer Gettel. Explained same thing to them and was shocked when they said "how long till you can be here today?" They could not have been more helpful, 100% opposite of these greenway clowns. Drove up and they immediately glanced at it and explained yes you likely need the warranty part ordered and asked if I could leave vehicle if they gave me free loaner. I drove away within 20 minutes with the loaner. They fixed the problem and called me 72 hours later to com pick it up! 72 hours verses 5 weeks with this awful greenway place. Gettel rocks, greenway sucks. We will now drive past greenway to go to Gettel for all service and new vehicle purchases. As to you're response I get your embarrassed. You have a record of my call but nice attempt to discredit. And if you thought about my review instead of trying to dis-credit you'd have understood that I offered to pay for the part, after you told me weeks, in a desperate attempt to get AC. And yes you "frustrated" us and yes we're disgusted with your businesses respond to no Ac on new vehicle in the middle of summer. Only a CLOWN place would think that's good business.

You have to read your lease agreement to see if that is allowed. I pop previously had a lease agreement with Hyundai and attempted to fo that. The fine print said I couldn't.
