The view at the end is absolutely gorgeous, probably one of my favorite views of the bridge aside from being on a raft in the New River. The trail itself is not that interesting however, so the 4 stars is simply for the view at the end! There is a section where you walk through thick rhododendrons; that was pretty neat... for a northerner anyway. I believe it's a 3 - 3.5 mile out and back. More popular trail so recommend going in the off hours.

Good Trail with one of the best views of the new river bridge. Trail gets very muddy after rain. Be aware the viewpoint is a narrow ledge with not alot of space. If it's crowded, you'll find it difficult to get a good view or picture without people. There was a bit of a line when I went, although it was memorial day weekend. Not 100% sure if it is dog friendly, people kept giving my dog looks 😂

The view at the end of the trail is awesome! However, the journey to the destination is overall dull. I feel like the Endless Wall Trail is a much more interesting hike. However, the view at the end is debatably better than the views on the Endless Wall Trail.

Beautiful hike and by far the best place to view the New River Gorge Bridge! It was breathtaking!!! It's barely a hike, about 1.6 miles, and not very strenuous at all! There's a lot of beautiful views along the way and some awesome wildlife as pictured! I highly recommend! Even in the pouring rain it was well worth it

4 miles round trip, takes about 2 hours walking, more if you have little ones. Add extra time to enjoying the view

There is a spot to lock up your bike about 2/3 of the way. "No bikes allowed beyond this point" sign is there also. Signs at all the area trail heads specify the sections that do not allow bikes
