Good airport, bad customer service. I arrived and asked for a crew car. I was told there was a 2 hour limit, nothing more. As we were heading back to the airport I realized we would arrive over the 2 hour limit so I decided to call the airport staff to inform them I would be a little late. When I arrived about 20 minutes late, I was told I would be charged a late fee for arriving late. When I was given the crew car I was never told there was a late fee, when I called I was not told there would be a late fee. It was a Tuesday, there were other crew cars available, but I was told that me being late could have affected others from receiving a crew car. This is only my experience I am sharing, I received bad service from the gentleman working the front desk. Someone else wrote this "Clean new terminal. Courtesy car was available. Staff has an I Don't care attitude..." And I couldn't agree more.
