Manny our driver was concerned about bad weather & thought we would want to board the bus before the storm hit so he arrived early! He was incredibly professional & thoughtful. We will use Dolphin again & request Manny!

We used this bus line for a retreat with our youth group this weekend. Unfortunately, they are having staffing issues and were HOURS late picking up the group from the church to take them to the retreat and then late AGAIN picking them up from the retreat to return to the church. My daughter said the seats were not very comfortable and the USBs to charge their phones didn’t work. We were disappointed.

Not good company to work, I do not recommend them! They charge tip from client up front, drivers don't get the tips. Cheap work.
