Great airfield for General Aviation. Nice people fly there. It has a lot of Jet support since Trump. Also flying schools and aircraft maintenance. Some Charter flights too and now we have a US Customs office so you can clear after arriving from the Bahamas.

Only private airplanes. This is not serviced by any carriers.
It really depends on the time of year, but it runs about 120k operations annually.
Jets can takeoff and land whenever they want. CTAF after 2200 to 0700 in the morning. I wouldn't advise doing traffic work during those hours.

In a landing zone? I hope not but maybe there is more room than i know but never in landing zones i know.
