Worst hospital ever!!! Rude staff, super slow, no hospitality! While patients are waiting they should train their staff to keep patients comfortable and informed on what is going on, what they are waiting on , and what will be done to help them. Staff need training. Yea

Arriving by ambulance does place you at the front of the line at any hospital but this time there was a big improvement at Martin Memorial South Hospital. There staff was fast moving, effecient and I was pleasantly surprised one of the nurses actually started my IV without torturing me as has happened in the past. The emergency room itself was very clean as well as my private room. From start to finish my experience was very good. Keep up the good work MMSH. Thank you

I hated to go to an ER but had no choice, I'd been told I couldn't see a GI for 2 months & my PCP was afraid to treat me because of epilepsy. I saw a Heather Nicole Schutte, APRN. She order a CAT scan for explosive diarrhea that had gone on for a month, causing low BP, lightheadedness, weight loss, etc. But when she gave results she had an APRN intern with her and was loud and...showing off? She interrupted me, was condescending, kept telling me I could see a GI though I'd come because it would be months before I could see one, I learned I had diverticulitis and she sent me home with the diarrhea untreated. I left in tears.

worst hospital. They treated my grandpa so horribly.They didn't want to change his diaper after he had an accident. they didn't know he was being transferred home. everyone was "lost" or "unaware" and everything was so unorganized.
