This is gross. We don’t have enough money to walk away and lose our reservation. First impressions outside were unpleasant but I was hopeful. The man at the front desk was professional and I have nothing negative to say about him. We were given room 152, the deeper down the hall we went the more I regretted allowing my wife to reserve this for us. It was over $100 with the pet fee. Opened the room and the stains continue. I had to use the toilet after going in. Greater by a small roach on the counter, mold in tub, stained counter with cracked porcelain sink. The rust on the shower curtain was the least of my worries. I came out to let my wife know how disappointed I was. I pick my bed and the comforter is stained, has burn holes in it and as I take it off the bed I’m greeted with a holy sheet and long dark hair. Yuck. The carpet is gross throughout the place. My wife teased she had brought in my swim trunks, knowing I wasn’t wanting to relax in this pool, none of us did, which was sad because it was a factor in us choosing this place. Laying g in bed, after being grossed out I don’t know if I had bugs crawling on me or it was my hypersensitivity to bring in a place I found disgusting. I thought days inn were supposed to be nice. I guess now I know. I wish I could get just half my money back to leave now. And I’d just sleep in the car in a rest area. Can’t wait to finally fall asleep and to wake up and leave. I don’t even want to use the shower or sink. I just want to leave. I’ll take pics and add them later. Update: As the night went on I became more comfortable and eventually has a decent stay here. The staff was really good. I meant to change my harsh review to a more fair review of 2 stars. But after staying at a nicer hotel with a rude front desk person I realized that the staff make a difference. So my 2.5 stars will be shown as a 3 star.

Well to begin with, when I arrived the attendant was out side smoking. Then after she came in, she told me that she was completely booked and out of room unless I had a reservation because they have been short staffed. And we're not able to get caught up on half their rooms. I specifically asked for a non smoking room. She assured me that the room I paid for was a non smoking room, but as I opened the door to my room it reaked of cigarettes and nasty ashtray smells.. However It was quite late and nowhere to go at this point in time. I covered my face and and slept through the night. But I honestly would never recommend this specific Days Inn . I must add that this is the only place I stayed at for 2 night's an left WITH COVID

Positive: Nice size room As I have asked for in other hotels there was a table one could sit and eat etc at a second chair would be nice but since my husband couldn't get out of work didn't effect me but would be nice. Liked having the love seat Negative: Old buildings have old problems to address. My AC unit had soaked a portion of the rug. The toilet handle was broken. There was a piece of wall near the bathroom bottom of wall that needed patched or fixed in someway

When having to rush to WV wee needed a place quick and since we were Wyndham we decided to use this location for the first time. We were met by Mrs. Tina. She was handling an entire lobby of folks yet she was unraveled by the intensity AT midnight! She got us in effortlessly. Ee decided to stay the remainder of our trip.. Mrs. Cindy (the next front desk person) was very very helpful to our needs. She went above and beyond for us! Thank you Mrs Cindy. The hotel itself is a bit run down but Mrs. Sam came through when we needed anything! The front desk staff was very attentive to us and others observed. It seems they don't have a real housekeeper manager but seems it its very much NEEDED to take the strain off the front desk...imo...We WILL be back! Thank your Days Inn Crew!!!!
