Larry and Dave were super helpful a few days ago when the rear wheel bearing went on my motorcycle at Hatcher Pass. Their service was top notch in my time of need. When they found out a replacement bearing was 3 days away, Larry went over the top and contacted the owner of the same model bike he sold him to find out if he could remove it and give it to me to get me back on the road so I could continue my trip. Fortunately the fellow said yes and the next day Larry delivered it to where I was staying and I was back on the road!! AND HE DIDN’T CHARGE ME!! No job too small! I dropped in with a triplex chain from an old Ski-doo. They treated me as if my issue was as important as any other. I haven't gotten snow machine specifically, but they are awesome at matching OEM bearings. I've gotten auto and ATV bearngs of equal or better quality for a fraction of the OEM price. Bring in your bearing and they will most likely match it in stock.
