This is the absolute worst ihop we’ve ever been to. The server was pleasant, however she did forget one of our drinks. we were told they were out of multiple things on the menu, and for one request, we were told that “even though it’s on the menu, we don’t have that.” and when asked to replace the main piece of the meal with another item, we only received the replacement item. On top of that, someone in our party ordered a certain type of pancakes, and we were not told that they were out of the toppings (for that specific kind of pancake) until the rest of the food was brought out. Then, when we received the replacement pancakes, they were undercooked (practically just raw batter). so when the replacement pancakes were replaced once again, the 3rd set of pancakes was ALSO undercooked. I do not believe the meal was discounted whatsoever. Absolutely horrible experience, 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The place used to be good but now there is a stench as soon as you walk in . That’s a major turn off. The place is not even clean anymore. The waitress are nice but sadly have dirty clothes on. Unfortunately. The quality of food is average. I wish the owners will pay attention to these details that I have web noticing for the past year or so. I Will be sad but I might not go to this IHOP in Beckley anymore.

Got the classic burrito. It tasted good but was only just warm. It took 42 minutes for my “to go” order which was just the burrito. It was very chaotic in the restaurant and the host was not hosting so the waitresses were seating the people and taking calls.

Stopped by for brunch and was not disappointed. The place was busy but got a seat relatively quick. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Food was cooked made to order and brought out still hot and fresh. Good meal and will be back.
