It's a difficult question to answer. It all depends on what events are happening there. Normal bar hours when nothing is going on, 10am till bar time. Otherwise, there's separate hours for the public, like 5pm till bar time and sometimes u will have to pay to go because they have an event going on. Here's their phone number. 715-449-3617
