I had an accident that was not my fault and feel that State Farm was of no help to me. I am 72 years old and had to navigate filing my own claim with the hitting vehicle's insurance company unless I paid my deductible. How fair is that. I am on a very limited income and would find it difficult to do so. I have been with State Farm for over 30 years and feel that I was not treated very well. Whatever the new rule is now..some consideration should have been given to a long time client. By the way I have NEVER been late paying my premiums. I am sincerely upset with this whole incident.

This insurance agent did right by me . I moved into the area recently and needed to update my insurance policies. First, I had a hard time finding a insurance company that will meet face to face . The answers I got on the phone were just not easy to understand. Second, I could not figure out if I was paying to much for what I had. It is so confusing because the price changes a lot from what you have on the policy. Anyway I was actually able to walk into an office building and sit down with Kathy who took her time to explain what I needed. I wish I had done this 20 years ago. The price was good and now I know i have what I need.
