I usually go for a sandwich around 11-12. Well yesterday Thur 22 i went at going on 4. Got a#8 regular. Took it home and the bread was so hard i could not even tear it apart or try and chew it. What is going on.? Was not every happy, threw it out,

Really, really good sandwiches. Like, REALLY good. Staff seems very nice. I took off 1 star because they seem understaffed constantly, meaning that after you order *and pay* it could be 30 min until you get your food, and you can't leave because you've already paid. No employee fault here, when I was there yesterday both employees were hustling but they didn't have a chance to wipe tables between customers because they were slammed, so I had to clean one so I could sit. Overall, 30 min for a sandwich is sort of a commitment I was not prepared to make, but the food was delish so I'll give them another shot, I'm sure.

Sandwiches are delicious and customer service is excellent. Jonathan Kramnick is a great manager who cares about the customers!
