Worst place by far I've ever had to go for a job screening. Was there at 8 am,the doors unlocked.Myself and a few others went inside and for 10 mins the alarm went off. Finally a employee walks in and puts in code 10 mins after 8am. We were told the doors automatically open at 8am..It would have been nice to have staff there at 8 am as well.. So I'm number 2 in line and it's now 8:15............so now it's 9:45 and I'm asking what's going on??? Front desk person tells me they only have 1 person working and she has no idea when I'd be seen.. I finally asked for my ID and I took my business where I was appreciated.. Please that place does not care... The reviews are very correct..Why is it still in business?????

Worst customer service by far if i could give 0 stars i would. Do not come here for anything DOT related. 2 days in a row i drive 30+min to come here for them to say they aren’t accepting new patients due to being short staffed. Also try to call beforehand and get stuck on multiple 10min + holds just to ask a simple question if i should go up there or not. Ridiculous!!!

Thank you for reaching out! MedExpress is not scheduling appointments. We look forward to serving you and your family safely from 8-8 every day.
For dental pain and tooth aches, our providers can evaluate you and possibly prescribe antibiotics, if needed. From there, the provider may refer you to a dentist.
MedExpress does not provide routine gynecological or OB care, which includes conducting ultrasounds and prescribing birth control. However, we can conduct pregnancy testing after a medical evaluation and provide medical treatment to pregnant women who are being seen for a minor illness or injury.
They'll tell you they can help, make you wait for hours for some shyster "doc",who will then refuse to help at all. Don't move to Florida if you don't have a ton of cash AND a doctor's name AND an appointment! Down here, they're ALL in cahoots via the damn internet & think you are a drug seeker if you present with two decades of medical records, pharmacy records & bottles, and are OBVIOUSLY in great distress. If I am incorrect, someone SHOW ME different. Am on Day 30 of agony.
$189 covers the visit, xrays and any orthotics that might be needed

In order to ensure individuals receive the highest-quality care and treatment, all individuals seeking care at MedExpress for known or suspected COVID-19 cases will receive an examination by a MedExpress health care professional who will determine if testing is needed and which testing method may be most appropriate, including rapid antigen and laboratory send-out PCR COVID-19 testing. Please note that for the most accurate COVID-19 test results, the CDC and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) recommend that individuals who are not showing symptoms, but who have had close contact with an individual who has tested positively for COVID-19, wait five to seven days after the known exposure to get a COVID-19 test. Additionally, the CDC and AAFP recommend self-quarantining for 14 days after a known exposure to COVID-19, even if no symptoms are present.
