Had me fill out medical history 6 times in 2 weeks. If you can’t keep track and make me fill it out online and at each appointment maybe I should go elsewhere because you’re incompetent. Front desk person is extremely rude and condescending.

The staff is kind and professional-5 stars but the billing has been messed up 3 out of 4 annual mammogram visits. Last year, I was told it was the misspelling of my last name, then it was my first name that was misspelled, then I was told Medicare denied coverage (I was 52) and finally my insurance was properly billed and I owed nothing because it’s preventative.

Do not trust them. Doesn’t know definition of “in-network”. Will tell you you are “in-network” then give you out-of-network prices, while still insisting they are “in-network”.
