I’m Dewayne Reese and I’ve been a customer since 1987! This is the worst place for customer service I’ve ever seen. I can’t use my credit card for a rental car .Then I called them and they said that they decided not to work with car rentals no Notification strike 1. The my wife went to renew her debit card and it wouldn’t work had to call bank took about and hour strike 2. Today got a new credit card tried to activate it and it said call the bank strike 3. And when you call the recording says THANKS FOR BEING A MEMBER‼️‼️ Why do people treat loyal customer like that? LOYALTY is just a word these days!!

The service, customer relations and ability to work quickly and efficiently with the Credit Union has been exceptional. We have been impressed with the Credit Union's full and complete ability to provide accurate information as it relates to our account to be of great benefit to our organization. One service we use on a ongoing basis is the mobile deposit service. We find this to be a very valuable service. Also the financial update provided monthly is thorough, complete and accurate. I absolutely love the interfacing that the staff does. The credit union has exceptional leadership and and a staff that is great at resolving conflicts. I have been a member for the last 10 years and have never experienced less than exemplary service. From the top down, they are professional engaging and offer financial products that are centered around customer satisfaction. I have had several conversations with the bank president and various leaders which amazed me on how willing they are to engage with their members.
