The staff was incredibly pleasant/accommodating, the rentals were cared for, and you get a nice family feeling at this establishment. Also, the scenery is gorgeous and if you're an introvert like me, you'll enjoy the peace of the vast lake. Highly recommend!

Do you rent pontoon boats
From what I understand you can put a boat on the water and stay a week or so, but this lake is owned by the core of engineers and they do not allow anyone to live as a permanent home on a house boat.
I've seen one or two. In the springtime. Sure if they're still for sale. I did have it for sale sign on the outside of the house but. You should be able to walk the docks freely
