Love how they don't even have a Drop box outside to leave documents. So I'm literally forced to mail something instead of driving 5 minutes to the office. It's pathetic that taxpayer funded places like this are still completely shut down after almost 2 years of the pandemic, meanwhile everything else is open.

Was very efficient with getting information out to me.

Phone operator was extremely rude for no reason? I asked about wait times and was super nice to her and in the middle of me talking she said “alright bye” and hung up. The weirdest customer service experience I’ve had in awhile.

Call the main social security number I'm sure and you can do it by phone. They may have you take in proof of the account afterwards. I dont think so though

Who knows?!?! Employees there think they are better than God, Himself! There is absolutely no reason to act nasty -asty to the people who pay their wages... We the People!
I think you would need a picture ID. And one other form of identification like SS card or birth certificate. Then just your son's birth certificate with your name as the mother.
No. Check with your financial institution first. Call SSA at 1-800-772-1213 if account is okay.
www.ssa.gov and about two weeks.
You have to be legally disabled for 2 full years before you can receive Medicare. And any years he received back pay DO count as part of those 2 years. I went thru this myself so I am sure. Hope that helps.
About 60 days. If there was an attorney involved possibly a little longer if he/she is due a fee.
Go to the DMV in attempt to get your ID card replaced 1st if your D MB you will not replace your ID card then go on ssa.gov and print a list of secondary and 3rd forms of identification that you can use at SSA. Things such as life insurance policy or medical record can be used.
If you're the person the verification belongs to, just call or visit the office and request it. If you are NOT the person whose income is being verified, have that person call.
