The service is premium. The prices are high-ish, but he'll often price match or at least discount Bibles to be competitive to online offers.

I just bought two from them last week, they have them in Stock every time I go but call first.
If they don't have it you can find that Bible (excellent Bible by the way!) at the Christianbooks.com Depending on what you want, but they are quite reasonably priced too.
