No such thing as a WHITE, or, black Kingdom of God. A who follow the laws of God Almighty Jehovah (HIS name: Ps.83:18 & Isa.12:2) are eligible to enter eternal life in The Kingdom of God. If, you want to know more about the Kingdom of God, I, suggest you contact a Kingdom Hall nearest you & ask for a Bible Study for at least 6 months at your convenience. Many questions I'm sure you have, will be satisfactorally answered. Then, it's up to you to take it from there. All Blacks, whites, Asians, etc., have been accepted since the Bible Students, as, they were called, then, in around the mid 1800's.
