Express, in Fayetteville NC, is amazing! I started as a temp and it resulted in a full time position; which I have been in now, for a little over a year!!! I am thriving and I have Express to thank for it!!!

My review is based on a lady who used to work for Express named Anjelica. She hasn't worked for them in quite awhile. Apparently, there was a huge mix-up. I let her know that I would be in Florida after my dad passed away and I would not available. She some how she listed me as available after I specifically told her that my dad had passed away. I don't know how or why she listed me as available when my dad had passed away and I was specific that I would not be available as I was in North Tampa, Florida at the time and not in Fayetteville, NC. That caused a huge issue as they some how proceeded to schedule me for a job that I was not available for as I was in Florida getting things together for his estate to go into probate. Later when I called and spoke to Brad Loase, he said that I was ineligible to work through that office, because according to Anjelica's note I was supposed to be available. I explained to him that my dad was terminally-ill and he passed away and I was in Florida handling his estate. I had an obituary as proof and a death certificate. but it was his "notes" from Anjelica against mine. I've worked with other Express offices in the past, such as one in Washington, DC and another in Maryland. They were much more organized and professional. I can't say the same about this location in Fayetteville, NC, because I've never had an experience like this where one of their representatives listed the wrong information and then immediately was no longer working for the company, so I couldn't even go back to her to ask why she would list the wrong information in the first place.
