I have lived here for almost 4 years and as far as I'm concerned it's a great place to live and I don't understand why it is rated with a 3.2. The apartment manager and maintenance staff are excellent In that they take care of everything in a proper time frame. The only compliant I would have is that you cannot pick your neighbors because sometimes they are a little noisier than you would like them to be. Over all this is a very quiet and clean place to live. I would recommend this complex to anyone. Just recently (8.3.2021) the managers decided to cut down 50+ trees in the complex. I'm sure it was for property building integrity. But the charm of these apartments has been lost forever not to mention the great shade the tree's provided. Because of this recent move I might not renew my lease next year. I will really miss the trees. Recent events have confirmed my decision not to renew my lease. The office personnel have not resolved issues and attention to maintenance problems have been very slow.

David came into my home identified himself as a new employee and had come to complete the work order. He was very polite friendly and professional. I must say he was detailed he didn't stop until he knew all areas of my kitchen sink had any issues. He even identified another issue and corrected it. I was very please with his service and sure he will be an access to the Heather Park Staff.

I'll start with the good and end with the bad - Brittany in the complex's office was extremely helpful in getting us an apartment over the phone -- we were moving from FL and were unable to visit the complex prior to moving. Not ever having lived/rented in NC, the requirements were different and it was a bit confusing at times, but she always answered my questions in a timely manner. Now, for the bad or may be more of a suggestion(s). I understand that most things are completed online now which I have no problems with, but when you are in a time crunch, the process for application and insurance should be streamlined a little better. I shouldn't have to wait 3 days to find out if my application was approved. May be on your website, provide a step-by-step list of what is required from time of application until move in -- that was all very challenging to accomplish from afar. Also, providing an approximate time frame on when work orders would be addressed would also be helpful. Otherwise, I stay here thus far has been okay.

Hi I just moved in has some issues at first but the staff took care of it immediately and I am very happy with the living conditions
