This most recent visit was my 2nd time here. I enjoyed the movie and the food I ordered. It's a bit expensive, but well worth it. Definitely stopping by in the near future when I'm in the area visiting friends and family.

First visit a complete disaster. Intended for a gift; two for one, right? Dinner and a movie. Right?? Well, that was the expectation of this party of nine. All were disappointed.. when we, after waiting for some time to give our orders, waited, and waited...till the movie was essentially over. .. Having only received popcorn 🍿 to sustain us for over an hour . I only ordered the popcorn out of habit. Icing on the cake? Everyone received dry, overcooked,barely room temperature"food " Not sure I've ever felt so compelled to speak up.. Upon locating, and waiting yet again, for the manager, we were offered 1/2 refund and complimentary passes. If there was even 1/2 of the enjoyment we anticipated, I would have been in agreement. That's time I'll never get back with my children, who live out of town. I wanted a full refund but, in the interest of closure,I accepted. Not exactly in a hurry to run back to a place with which I was Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. That being said, we finally made time and went Back. Without any expectations of food it was fairly enjoyable.. However couldn't help but notice A couple next to us phone lit up as they were figuring out how to order on the app.. It was approximately 15 minutes later when Someone came to take their order or credit card or something.. Only another 10 Or 15 minutes before they received a drink. Craving popcorn throughout the movie but was afraid I would never get it in time. Notice, I said I couldn't help but notice. This is another unfortunate problem with this type of system of convenience. There is constant traffic with taking the order, receiving the credit card and dispensing of the food items... it's a tad distracting. I will say, they get props for ambience, cleanliness And courtesy.

Have you tried purchasing them on the Starcinemagrill website. Its pretty easy!
In general, our hours are 11am-11pm. However, our closing time will vary a little bit based on the showtimes that we have that day. We close our doors 15 minutes after the last scheduled showtime so if we have an 11:30pm showing of a new release, then we would close our doors at 11:45pm.
