Amy Laetzsch 1/5 just now on Google Bathroom was not cleaned. Toothpaste on sink. Urine on toilet seat. When asked for them to come clean, used same towel for toilet and sink then left, noticed this as after thought. As I started to try to settle in, noticed place was never dusted or wiped down. Floors dirty. Front door coming apart. Blanket torn and tattered. Management (previously thought it the owner) was rude and disrespectful when I said I can’t stay in a dirty room and get sick, he replied with, should have charged you $150 instead of $85! And even though he swiped my card only 5 minutes prior, said it would take me 10 days to see the refund. Incredibly rude and incredibly nasty.

My room was wonderful, very clean, very nice staff, laundry and super nice. Comfortable beds .

it's a large small town hotel. It has large rooms and a large bathroom. it has a good size refrigerator, a small microwave and plenty of light. The decor, bedspreads, carpet are all fresh and new. what more could you ask for? The rates are fine and the notice period are quite reasonable.

Do Not Stay Here! Drive to Springerville where there are way better hotels and ethical employees. Allen, the manager or owner is not an ethical person! He lies profusely! We made a reservation on 6/11/2021 for a one night stay on 6/12/2021. We called Allen the evening of 6/11 to inquire about canceling. He told us it would be 1/2 of a one night stay. We decided not to cancel. When we arrived the evening of 6/12, we were told our reservation had been canceled. Apparently, Allen canceled it without telling us. Since we paid in full when making the reservation, we were given partial credit. We called Allen and he said for us to dispute the transaction with our bank, which we did. The bank gave us temporary credit. Then when Allen denied the refund request, the bank charged us back. Only this time Allen charged us another $.91 cents. When we called him again, he said once again to dispute the transaction with the bank, which we did again. The bank returned the .91 cents but said the merchant denied the rest. We called Allen again on 9/13/2021, he said he was going to the post office and would send us a money order. Today is 10/15/2021 and we still have not received a money order. We emailed Allen on 9/27/2021 but have yet to receive a response. Allen canceled our reservation and now he won't return our money. He is a very dishonest person!!!
