Beware when they say they have walk in hours between 3pm and 5pm as that is not the case. Went in today as I have tried to get an appt over the last week for my dogs and they did not have one and the Vet REFUSED to renew a medication without seeing my dogs. I literally showed up at 3:25 and after waiting 10 mins in line (Only 1 person was in front of me paying) to be told that walk in hours were over. I explained that I had called to verify the walk in hours this morning and was told all the walk in slots were already taken within 5 mins of it opening. I am sorry but if you advertise walk in hours then you should go by what is advertised not only so many slots available for walk ins. I had to drive 40 mins to get to this vet and she has seen my one dog almost all her life. I will find another vet who knows when not falsely advertise their walk in services or at least has time slots for sick dogs. Really a disappointment.
