Very disappointed in Dairy Queen in Eager, the girl who helped us was very unprofessional, gave me the wrong order, over charged me and denied what I had even ordered when she wrote it down right in front of her.

We went to Dairy Queen and got 8 ice creams and when we got home and started eating them we realized they tasted sour and rotten. I called and they said they needed to call me back. They called back and said that there wasn’t anything they could do till the next day so I called the next day and the owner told me she wasn’t going to issue any refunds or remake them because we didn’t bring them back with us. She didn’t apologize or try to make it right at all. She was very rude and acted like it was my fault. We paid a lot of money for rotten and sour tasting ice cream. 2/24/2022rude rude manager/owner
