Somehow, even when a computer prints off exactly what the order is supposed to be this store can’t read or follow instructions. Ordered off the app so literally no human contact error but once the receipt is being cooked errors occur. I like the options and wings in general sooo much that I’ve given this store dozens of opportunities and I’d say for a order for 2 people they mess something up at least 50-75% of the time. Whether it’s the wrong dipping sauce to not cooking enough or when you order all flats and they just don’t care to actually do it even though it costs more. Haven’t had any issues the few times I was willing to drive an extra 10 minutes to the Richland location so I’ll keep given them my business instead. Sorry Pasco, but they just can’t figure it out. Maybe we need a Buffalo Wild Wings off 68 and they will actually get some competition and improve. And don’t even go off their online time estimates. Every time it’s either 5-10 mins fast or slow so you can’t even anticipate what is going to happen.

Not a bad place to get wings. It's a chain so you know what you're going to get with quality. I had ordered, paid and then was told afterwards that the wait would be an hour. If I was told on the wait before I ordered, I would have gone elsewhere. The staff seemed very busy so I get it. But once the manager showed up, she began to yell at the employees about a broken register that wasn't actually broken.

I ordered some wrongs for their 70 cent Monday deal and the cashier wasn't super friendly with me. I was with my friend and he ordered right before me. People behind me were getting larger orders and getting them before me and the employees never told me my order was ready to go. After the super long wait, the food wasnt even really worth it.

Service was outstanding. Very polite and quick. The place is small but the wings are great. They had 5 TVs and cold beer. Very friendly. Traveling through and will definitely come back.
