My understanding is that the pharmacy portion was purchased by a large chain in the past several years (during the pandemic). However, they continue to operate in the medical supply business. They sell items that other pharmacies don't often have. For example, we went there to purchase a nebulizer that was prescribed to a family member. None of the other pharmacies had one locally but Health Innovations had a used one that we purchased at a reasonable price (for medical equipment, that is.)

When I first started going there I was impressed. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful regarding masks. These last couple times I’ve gone it doesn’t seem like the staff is friendly. I ended up buying a box of masks I wasn’t told that they come in different sizes so I ended up getting masks that was too big. They’re non-returnable. They were expensive. I’m disappointed in the quality of service. The mask I bought originally fits so much better and now they have different masks. My bad in regards to not just buying one of them but it was cheaper to get a box so I got a box not knowing that I was getting the large size. I have a small face I just hope these work OK because it’s scary out there.

Purchased a VERY EXPENSIVE GOLDEN POWER LIFT CHAIR in 2017 had the seat replaced in 2019 and now in 2021 the is falling apart. They won't fix anything correctly as I have the same issue now and other issues that they seem to have $ excuses for. I would like them to replace the chair with 9ne that is comfortable considering I have health issues that is why I bought the EXPENSIVE chair in the first place. If you but a power chair but it direct from the mfg. which is where I should have gone in the first place.

Tim is great. I switched pharmacies today because he took the time to answer all my questions and rush my medication i needed right before close. Great choice. Support local. Awesome pharmacy!

Yes they do but I had to wait almost 3 months for my machine (ASV) because their respiratory therapist didn't know what she was doing and unfortunately throughout this whole ordeal I lost my insurance and now I am unable to get my machine because I can not afford it. I would definitely recommend another place!
