I use to love coming to this health care facility but they have changed office staff recently and the new women in the front office are ignorant and rude! Needed to check and make sure if I had any balance that was due BEFORE giving me an appt. Yea "Karen" I owe $9.00 for an x-ray. Miss the old staff! Record keeping is horrible! Talked to 2 different people about what was wrong with me and still got a call from a 3rd person with the wrong information! Get it together people, seriously!
