Room was clean but tub was in disrepair. Needs replaced or refinished. Area was quiet and close to national park. The price works well for what you get and is affordable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Lane's

The staff is nice and friendly, the pool is great, the rooms were pretty clear and dated but nice. The only complaint I have is that when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, there were two huge crickets in the bathroom and then in the morning there was a tick on the wall and three more crickets in the room. The beds had white sheets and covers on them so we didn't see any bugs in the beds but by the time we noticed all the bugs, we had been there most of our stay.

All things being relative. This is by far not a fancy hotel and by comparison to higher end properties not a 5 star, but for the price and location it is worthy of the rating. Clean, decent size room, Comfortable bed and a great price makes it a good choice. Water pressure: ehhhh. WiFi: ehhh

A hidden gem. Cheaper than most in Hilbrook, but don't let that scare you off. Rooms were cozy, updated, spectacularly clean, shower pressure was a little low, but there was no standing water and it was CLEAN. Had a fridge, microwave and decent free breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!
