I would have given them no stars if possible, by all means avoid these folks if possible. I completely agree with their decision to do apartment inspections, however, the manager, Ms. Baker was absolutely insolent when she walked into my bedroom during the inspection and started taking pictures on her personal cellphone! I would suggest that this management better walk the talk by investing some money to fill the potholes in the road and building a roof that doesn't fly off, rather than being a busybody.

By far the best place I've ever lived. In the last year they have paved the lots, replaced windows, done maintenance on balconies, replaced bathroom vanities, and done routine pest control -- all signs they genuinely care about their residents and their property. (I've never had any pest problems myself.) Rent is very good for the size and quality of the unit you get -- comparable with anything else in the city outside of downtown -- and the location can't be beat, with grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, and the post office all within walking distance. Maintenance requests are often dealt with same-day, always with 48 hours, and I've never had any unauthorized entry. There's a pool, gym, playground, and common room. My neighbors are very quiet, as are the general surroundings (other than a little traffic noise). Some slight negatives -- wasn't shown my unit before renting, had to take a leap of faith, which I very much disliked. Cost $215 to add a friend to my lease. Potholes in the parking lot still haven't been fixed in mid-June. On-site office staff often take long breaks or are just plain gone during office hours. Elevators undergo a lot of maintenance. But for this price, you can't beat this place. UPDATE AUGUST 2021: Still a very nice place to live! Office staff are surly and the elevators keep breaking, but the complex itself is still very well maintained and affordable. Super safe area, no pests, no major complaints.

I agree with other comments. They steal your deposit at the end. I left apartment sparkling and then they came up with that they needed to clean dishwasher which was perfect for the entire deposit. When I appealed to supervisors they blew me off and said sue us. Thieves!

I will just give this place two star. the email on the website is not working. My friend talked to the lease office and their rude to my friend....
