Even though the hotel is currently under construction the room was nice, also very quiet. I liked the fact that the beds had 4 pillows, most hotels do not have that. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, they had hot breakfast, bacon had me. It was yummy. My only complaint is the elevator had a smell that gave my wife a headache, although this may be because of the construction and trying to keep it clean and it would not stop me from staying here again.

Easy simple check in, clean attractive rooms, every thing worked without issue. Elevator was a bonus, pool was clean, lobby and lounge area was attractive and clean. Includes a breakfast. Definitely the best we have booked through Expedia so far. The fresh baked cookies were a nice touch.

Got a great deal on two rooms here. Location is good if you're headed to Sunrise. Rooms were decent and clean, indoor pool+hot tub+sauna provides relaxation options, mattress is firm, breakfast is hot (biscuits n gravy, crispy bacon, scrambled eggs (that are tasteless), fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, juice selection). I had no issues sleeping here and no real complaints. For the price it was an unbeatable choice.

I booked this hotel for one night so that we could get away from my husband‘s birthday. I booked it specifically because it had a working spa and pool where the best western across the street didn’t currently have it working. The reviews didn’t look too bad so I thought we’d go for it. When we arrived everything looked good, the lady at the desk was really nice. When we got up to the room it was also clean and nice. There were some cosmetic stuff around the hotel that we noticed, could have been fixed really easily and would have made the curb I feel much better. Things took a turn for the worse when we went down to swim in the pool, it’s kind of weird that the pool is completely open to the hallways by windows so everybody can see you swimming. But it was fine. When we got in the hot tub it was so extremely chlorinated that within two minutes our eyes and lungs were burning and we had to get out. We asked them what had happened and they said it had just been shocked that day. We were both extremely disappointed since the hot tub was the only reason we booked this hotel in the first place. But whatever, we went back to our room and watched a movie and what not and then got to sleep. We decided to take our time getting up in the morning since our email we had received said breakfast was served until 10. We got down there just a few minutes before 930 and nothing was out, they then told us that breakfast was only served until 930… Mind you it wasn’t even quite 930 and everything was already put away but our email had said 10 o’clock was when breakfast closed. So they ended up bringing out some leftover crumbs of bacon, hard breakfast rolls, a couple of yogurts. It was extremely disappointing and they claimed that nowhere would it have said 10 o’clock. After we finished we went back to the room and I found the email where it had said they served it until 10 o’clock and I went down and showed the lady and she apologized and said they would not charge the $10 room service fee for the inconvenience. It still felt like a huge oversight and we was very disappointed. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. We also then went on to ask where the workout center was so that we could do a quick workout before we checked out, and they let us know that the “in house” workout facility that was listed was actually a mile away and it was another facility that they just had access too. I don’t know about you but in the winter months that doesn’t exactly sound appealing to go get in my car and drive a mile just to work out, if I stay at a hotel that says they have an in-house workout facility I would prefer it to be in-house, that just seems misleading to me. We checked out and put the experience behind us but yeah we probably won’t be staying there again in the near future 🙃 .
