Walked in , Asked the guy at front desk , Do you sell prepaid phones . He looked me up n down with a smerk on his face ,. Then stated , yes we sell them . They start at $375 , I said ok . , Then he said could I afford a smart phone . I hate when people look down on folks that isn't well off . I just walked out . Verizon lost a long time customer .

Getting phones upgraded is almost as bad as going to the car dealership!😂. We have lived in a few states and we have dealt with a few Verizon stores. NEVER have I had the pleasure of working with such a professional, patient and generous person as Cressada. The whole store including the manager were fantastic. We had two phones, 2 iPads that needed to be upgraded and had to add another phone to our plan. It was a time consuming job. I highly recommend this store and make sure to ask for Cressada. You will not be disappointed.
