Stayed last night. Had a dirty room with two queen beds. ONE bath towel. There were two of us so i called front desk. He said send your husband down if you want another towel. Huh??? Washcloth was see thru. Should have been replaced 20 yrs ago. Window was smudged all over with handprints. Gum was stuffed into the peephole so i couldnt see who was knocking. Latex glove wrapped around the smoke detector, bathroom door was broken. Had to open the window and run the fan to get the stink out. Bedding was scratchy and cover was stained. Desk chair had a huge hole in it. We got there very late and were exhausted or we would have got our money back and went somewhere else. Its embarrasing.

Positive: There was a clean bed. Negative: Manager / Owner took his time even showing up to check me in. Seemed irritated I was even checking in. The property should invest in an an interior decorator or even just ask advice at Home Depot. They are apparently trying to remodel but need help.

The staff at the front desk are amazing. I stayed 2 days at one time and 1 more day another time and both times were outstanding. The pool was being worked on so I would call ahead of time if your interested in going to the pool. This Super 8 did have a elevator to use so you could go up to the higher floors instead of using the stairs. It also has luggage carriers to carry stuff in, which worked great in my favor. No USB hook ups so remember to bring a wall charger. The beds were nice and it even had alittle fridge in my room.

The location is great, the room was not Sparkling clean but was not dirty, although there was black mildew around the shower door. The decor is drab, makes the room look dark and gloomy. The staff uummmm well let's just say..... no personality and a bit on the weird side. I have worked in hospitality for over 20 yrs, my goal is to always have a customer smile and feel welcomed, you won't get that here. Breakfast offered it was ok, the coffee in the room is TERRIBLE, bring your own. They are pet friendly with a fee Over all stay, ok, but I'll try a different place on our next visit.
