Very clean room, everything about the room was very nice. The people there was very cordial and the location was great, close to trails, shops, and restaurants. There's a Mexican Steakhouse right next door that was great (we both had steaks). The only issue was the one my daughter had about the price (she worked for the state so she had a discounted price) and that it was increased after reservations which should have locked in the price. Thank goodness the manager approved and made it right.

Rooms were nice. Service was great. Watch out with the coffee cups they do not close right..

I don't have any major complaints about the hotel. The room was clean. Breakfast was good as well and had a variety of options. My son appreciated the pancake machine. The only complaint that I have was that there was a line to check in. I had to wait about 5 minutes, but that was fine. I was able to check in quickly once it was my turn.

Find a different place to stay. Room was ok enough, but not for >$100! A single modern convenience like a USB plug would be nice. Would be great if the shelves in the fridge door were still there. A blow dryer that actually blow dries would also be pretty cool. BUT - they charged my daughter’s jacuzzi room $75 for a robe she didn’t take, and are condescending to her on the phone about it (before they hang up). “Just bring us the robe and we’ll give you your money back lady - click” Avoid this place - or you’re likely to find a surprise in your bill.
