We booked this place to stay for our way onto Florida so we could stop. When we arrived it didn't seem like a bad place, the greeter was nice. We go up to our room and there is a huge stain on the couch and crumbs on the bed. The lights on the wall were falling off, there was handprints on the headboard, the toilet wasn't even fastened to the floor, and the door looked like someone had pried it open. Very nasty to pay $140 for 1 night and that is what you get. I went and talked to the greeter he tried to call the manager and she didn't answer, so we waited while my family was waiting in the car because we weren't staying in the nasty room. I told him I wanted a full refund and that we weren't staying there, he finally got ahold of her is what he said when he was on phone supposedly and she said as long as everything checked out in room to give us refund. He went up and even said for $140 I wouldn't of been happy either, he said the refund would be going through booking.com and just got off phone with them and they never sent refund. Booking couldn't get ahold of them thru email or call. Stay away from the place if you can, we have had an awful experience.

Mediocre hotel. Bed was covered! In hair. Cracked paint, very noticeable it's old and instead of fixing they just painted over. Cheapest toilet paper ive ever seen. Staff seemed nice, but obvious they aren't very concerned about what goes on at the hotel. Tried to take kids swimming after lunch and there was a drunk guy in the pool drinking beer. Smoking. Not a child friendly environment. Hot tub is no longer here and had been filled with concrete. Will be staying somewhere else when we come back to the area.

The rooms were nice and spacious. Since our room was next to indoor pool, it had that musty smell and feel. Beds were comfy but, a little loud since it's on a metal frame. Indoor pool is small and there is no hot tub. The breakfast was good and lots of choices including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and the typical other continental breakfast choices. Lots of food and shopping close by as well.

Staff was very polite but the hotel needs some upkeep. In our room the baseboards had been removed, maybe during renovation, but not replaced. A light in the bathroom had been torn down and bathroom door had a hole in it. The hair dryer looked to have been partially melted.
