So get told eye exams were open till 4:30. Left work early, dropped my kid off early and I got there by 4:15 and doctor was gone! Completely left without telling anyone!!! I drove 30 minutes for nothing! I am so upset. Like who just leaves like that?

I'm not sure of the guy that is working there, but he was absolutely amazing. I spoke with him over the phone Tuesday afternoon and he was polite, direct in answering my questions, and followed up with the store operational hours for service( a plus). I had the pleasure of actually getting him again in person on yesterday and our visit was a success. My son needs some frames because the nose end works, he knew his brands and helped get my son the best fitting frames for my son. He hit the fit right on the nose and my son and I walked away very happy. I will be visiting back soon to get my son a backup pair of frames. Job well done because I am a big person on customer service and him and the young lady delivered.

Ricky is a total rockstar. I had a little too much “Christmas cheer” while visiting family in town and took out my contacts improperly with no backups. On Christmas Eve Ricky helped me out by giving me a trial pair at no cost. Buy this man a drink! He was so helpful and saved Christmas for me and my poor eyesight.
