The staff in this clubhouse has no sympathy. I say this due to a UPS driver simply taking a cooldown break due to this extreme heat. Custodian was told the UPS Driver is not allowed to be in here due to him not being a resident. The custodian even called a manager Francis and told her UPS Driver is not allowed in here. She then stated he’s only allowed to be here for 5 minutes like really? Have some compassion for christs sake. Maybe they’re not aware of how much UPS drivers do to serve the community delivering packages weighing from 1lbs-150lbs in this weltering heat. The custodian and manager Francis should be ashamed of themselves. So if you residents ever see any delivery driver wether UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon, DHL, LSO & etc offer them a drink or a simple thank you would be enough.

As someone who works in the neighborhood, My coworkers and I have been repeatedly refused access to bathrooms and cool areas regardless of the weather outside. To see the actions that were taken against a coworker today, I am deeply disheartened by the lack of empathy that the staff of the clubhouse have. We serve their community, but we are treated like we are lower class than they are to the point that is a legitimate health concern when we have no respite from the Texas summer heat.

The staff should be ashamed of themselves for kicking out a ups driver when it’s 107 outside and he just wanted to cool off a little. Where is the humanity! He delivers at your property
