I recently placed an order to this location with my friend Lacey Wesson, and let me tell you it was anything but pleasant. Pizza is an American classic, crafted with the simplest ingredients and purest of joys. Why would anyone want to take that away from some sweet friends spending some time in the great outdoors, parched from the scorching sun, but here we are, disappointed and joyless. To begin, we placed an order at approximately 2:30 pm expecting about an hour wait. (because that is what the app stated) To our surprise at 2:50 we were notified the pizza was on its way! The store being only 9 minutes from our location at the time, we were over the moon that we would be receiving our pizza around 3pm! 40 minutes went by with no communication and no updates on the app, this caught our attention and the attention of our empty stomachs. We felt now that reaching out to the store was the only fair option. Apon calling we were informed that a person claiming the name of lacey had previously called saying that the charge for the pizza was fraudulent, and the order was cancelled. Jokes on them, laceys card was not even used in this transaction making this implausible situation practically impossible. Shocked apon hearing this stamenet I said thank you and hung up the phone. After looking at the bank statement, with no refund in sight, we caught wind of their lies and called back saying that we either needed a refund with confirmation or our pizzas. We were then further questioned on the phone number of the purchaser and other parties involved. After disproving all of their possible theories, they agreed to send the pizza our way. The victorious bites we took at approximately 4:15pm after waiting almost 2 hours for the two pizzas were delightful and yet still underwhelming, seeing as they themselves were as subpar as the service. Don't waste your time on their frozen dough and certainly don't waste your money. Thanks for an interesting afternoon pizza hut, I will see you absolutely never again.

My pizza is always fresh, hot and well put together by the time I make it to the store after ordering and dealing with crazy traffic. Always a friendly greeting upon entering. Clean environment. So far, I've had good experiences from this location.

All I know is,,the pizza I had was made w pure LOVE!! It was so good I had to call amd let them know. I mean slap your great great gma good,,like leave my family and move into a pizza hut restaurant good, like not telling anyone about this secret good, like not sharing w my family good!! Oowee!! I enjoyed and will be coming back!!
